The gantry crane has a cabin on top that slides across the bar to position the crane over the magnetic load, hauls it up and winds it down again by the turn of a crank. The toy gantry crane has wheels and can be moved into any BRIO train track scene.
All BRIO tracks, engines and accessories are compatible with Hape, Big Jigs, Thomas Wooden Railway (pre late 2017), Thomas Wood range (released late 2017) using Thomas Wood adapters and the new Thomas Wooden Railway range released in 2022.
